I remember how hard it was at the beginning of our business. I spent A LOT of time trying different products, changing directions all the time.
I thought I had to find the 'just right' thing and then we would be successful.

Who is PODHero for?
PODHero is for anyone who wants to learn about print on demand. You can be a beginner or more experienced.
Who would be a bad fit for PODHero
If you are not comfortable learning new concepts or if you are expecting to make money instantly this may not be for you.
You can make money with print on demand. And it can happen quickly, but it does take long term consistent efforts and is not a 'get rich quick' scheme.
If you are looking for something with little effort and high fast reward PODHero is not a good fit.
If you have an established POD store that is selling consistently and looking to scale and you have a team this is probably not a good fit for you. The FG bonus and supplier access is very valuble but the course information is most likely not what you need.
Isn't it impossible to make good margins on POD
The margins you make when selling products are impacted by a lot of factors. It is possible to make money selling POD.
Not everyone will but it is very possible and often has more to do with presentation, mockups, platform, and marketing than with the fact that the product is print on demand.
Will I need to purchase other items?
You will need some subscriptions for tools like Canva or an account to pay Etsy fees. There are ways you can start and grow a POD business with no money upfront. You will still need to have a way to pay for any POD items someone purchases from you.
So - You don't HAVE to have other items, but it is very helpful to have $50-$75 or so monthly to invest in business tools like design software or platform fees. This is why the workshop to get your store out the door asap is so impactful! If you do not have any money to invest in your business until you make sales, it will be more challenging. you CAN do it, but it will take some more time on your part.
What if someone returns a POD item?
That does happen, just like with all business. Don't worry we talk about how to handle that in POD Hero
I thought you taught people how to make their own tees, why are you teaching POD?
I teach both. I believe in using the best method for each individual. Sometimes that is POD and sometimes it is make your own. I am passionate about everyone knowing what the possibilites are for them. I want you to now you can do this! I want you to know what it takes to have a print business business so you can decide what business type is best for you. Stay with POD, make your own, or a combo of both!

Will the workshop have replays?
Yes. There will be replays for the workshop. The goal is for you to just get your store DONE. To carve out the time, force yourself to make decisions and not overthink! This course is meant to prompt action!
How does it work to get paid with POD?
Someone places an order from you then you pay the POD provider to print and ship the product. You get the money from the person who bought it.
It is helpful to have a small credit card you can use just to purchase the POD items espeically if you are selling somewhere that will not pay you until the order deliveres, like Etsy. Don't stress we cover all of this in PODHero and it doesn't have to be an actual credit card AND you don't have to auto charge something.
I can't design can this still work for me?
Yes. We cover that in PODHero. And you might just be a better designer than you think!
What about TikTok shop and POD?
I also teach a workshop on TikTok shops and I offer to provide POD services for anyone in that workshop. TikTok's fate is unknown but there are still a lot of great FREE tools you can use on TikTok for audience building and connecting with creators and you can use POD with TikTok - carefully. We talk about that in PODhero too!
